My name is Chris Level 3 qualified Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. I have many years experience in Rehabilitation, Recovery and different massage types (Physiotherapy, Cupping Therapy, Bowen Therapy, Trigger Point Massage, Swedish Body, Aromatherapy, Sport Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage)
I help relieve patients’ pain or help clients feel more relaxed to alleviate stress. I used to work as a Rehabilitation massage therapist in the Ayur Wellness and Pain Centre in West Bromwich. I learned few different Indian Massage techniques there to defeat or reduce pain.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
CUPPING THEREAPY
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
BOWEN THERAPY
Bowen therapy, also called Bowenwork or Bowtech, is a form of bodywork. It involves gently stretching the fascia — the soft tissue that covers all your muscles and organs — to promote pain relief. Specifically, this form of therapy uses precise and gentle, rolling hand movements.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
Lymphatic drainage is a manual technique used to stimulate the flow of lymph (a clear fluid that circulates through the body via the lymphatic system) to relieve swelling and improve health.
SWEDISH BODY MASSAGE
Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation in the recipient.The essential oils are extracted from the parts of herbs and plants and contain all the properties of the plants themselves.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Hot stone massage is a deep massage that uses soothing oils, warm basalt and sometimes cold marble stones to relax your muscles.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian head massage is a technique of manipulating soft tissues in the shoulders and scalp. The therapist uses a range of different massage pressures and rhythms to stimulate the head and neck area
